I coordinated and co-produced the Reishi Dance photo & video shoot. As project lead, I managed every aspect to realize the creative vision:

• Vendor Research and Selection: Conducted thorough research to identify and select top-tier talent and crew who aligned with our artistic goals and production needs.

• Budget and Forecasting: Developed a detailed budget, forecasting expenses to ensure the project remained financially viable while meeting creative requirements.

• On-Set Production Support: Provided hands-on support during the shoot, ensuring that all elements were executed according to plan and addressing any on-the-spot challenges.

• Coordination with Partners: Fostered collaboration between internal teams and external partners, facilitating communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
