Fine Mycelium™ 3D Animation
I produced an interactive, motion-driven 3D animation that translated complex Fine Mycelium™ technology into a clear, design-forward visual experience. The goal was to simplify a highly technical process into a consumer-friendly narrative with an Apple-like aesthetic—sharp lighting, refined visual systems, and high-craft motion design.
I led research, coordinated cross-functional workflows, and partnered closely with our in-house design team, external animators, and developers. This included managing iterative prototyping cycles, ensuring design fidelity across each phase, and aligning visual, narrative, and technical accuracy. I co-developed and refined the script, and worked with voiceover talent to create a cohesive, polished experience.
The final 3D animation effectively communicated Fine Mycelium™ in an accessible yet aspirational way, reaching over 50K viewers and generating widespread visibility across social and web audiences.
Daniel Martin x MWR™ Campaign
What began as Daniel Martin’s curiosity about Reishi™ evolved into a strong brand partnership and beauty-driven creative campaign. Together, we shaped a story that elevated MycoWorks’ materials-innovation narrative into a refined beauty moment through product design, talent partnership, and editorial-style content.
I led the partnership end-to-end, developing a custom Reishi™ makeup brush bag prototype with Daniel, managing cross-functional alignment, and overseeing all creative and production workflows. I also co-produced the campaign shoot with Spreadhouse Studios, building timelines and budgets, coordinating post-production, and ensuring narrative cohesion across stills and motion; the final deliverables included one hero film and a series of photos for social and web.
The final campaign launched as a key brand moment for MycoWorks, showcasing Reishi™ within a luxury beauty context and expanding brand presence among new audiences across social, editorial, and industry partners.
Reishi™ Book
Our goal was to create a sample book of Reishi™ material in the most design-forward, stunning way possible. The Reishi™ Book—a limited edition artisan work of art—offers a rare glimpse into MycoWorks’ artisanal story, showcasing the newest material samples across five hand-sewn, letterpressed volumes.
I led the project from concept to completion: overseeing creative ideation, design, production, printing coordination, packaging, and distribution, while collaborating closely with a design studio and printer in Barcelona to ensure every detail aligned with the brand vision.
Positioned for industry recognition, the book secured top honors in the 2024 Communication Arts Award of Excellence and Indigo Design Awards GOLD, reinforcing MycoWorks’ creative leadership and brand excellence.
MycoWorks Life Podcast
Seeing a gap in the biomaterials industry for engaging, insider perspectives, we set out to position MycoWorks as a thought leader while giving audiences an authentic look behind the scenes. I conceptualized and developed the MycoWorks Life podcast from the ground up, defining its content strategy, narrative direction, and creative vision to create casual, connected conversations that revealed the company’s unique stories, discoveries, and moments of connection.
I coordinated and brought on prominent figures from the fashion and design world as guests, producing, mixing, and finalizing 20 episodes to ensure a polished and immersive listening experience. Distributed through Buzzsprout, the podcast achieved 10K average downloads per episode, broadening audience reach and establishing a compelling voice for the brand in an untapped space.
Reishi™ Dance
We wanted to showcase our beautiful Reishi™ material to the world and position it within the luxury space using movement and dance. I brought this video project to life by aligning every production element with the overarching creative strategy—from sourcing top-tier talent and coordinating locations, props, and budgets to overseeing on-set production.
Every decision reinforced the dancer-led narrative, resulting in high-quality, on-brand content optimized for web and social.
Allen Street x MycoWorks
For our partnership launch with French atelier Allen Street, we aimed to showcase the product in a high-fashion, elevated aesthetic that captured both brands’ identities. I identified and recruited a top-tier product photography crew, coordinated the shoot location, scheduling, and product sourcing, and served as the primary point of contact between the creative team and client to ensure full alignment.
On set, I supervised the run-of-day to maintain quality and vision, and managed final asset delivery to meet social specifications and brand standards.
The resulting imagery elevated the product launch, reinforced the collaboration’s narrative, and generated a 7% engagement rate across social channels, demonstrating strong audience resonance.
Shelter Atlas
Aiming to explore the theme of “shelter” during the COVID-19 pandemic, our team curated submissions that highlighted housing issues, pandemic-related experiences, and more abstract interpretations of the concept.
I supported the project’s reach and funding by managing Kickstarter campaigns, donor outreach, and social media promotion, while coordinating hundreds of crowdsourced map submissions from cartographers around the world.
I oversaw the editing process, helping organize more than 60 maps into a 112 page atlas, ensuring all design specifications were met. The resulting atlas presented a compelling, global perspective on shelter, successfully combining community-sourced content with thoughtful design to engage both contributors and readers alike.
The Number on Great-Grandpa’s Arm
Supporting the production of the HBO documentary, I contributed to research by gathering archival materials and ensuring factual accuracy. I assisted the director and producer in managing schedules and communications, while providing hands-on support wherever needed—from running errands to maintaining organization—to keep the production moving smoothly. My role helped the team stay on track and focused, contributing to the efficient execution of a sensitive, impactful documentary project.
